When you can get refund or replacement-

• If customer got any issue with product and provided us an uninterrupted unboxing sealed pack video which shows defected piece or any issue, we'll proceed replacement. If piece is out of stock, then only we'll proceed refund.
• For any fault done by customer we will not be able to provide refund or replacement (such as wrong size, product, colour selection, etc).
